Yes! Phone calls and video calls are how we get our work done. At Your Assistant Is Here we utilize Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet to host virtual meetings, complete with screen sharings to work on tasks together. If you live within the area of where our Virtual Assistant’s live and agree on an in-person meeting we are happy to arrange that.

+ Where do you offer your services? Where is your office located?

Our entire business is run remotely, so we are ready to help you from anywhere in the world. Our offices are located in New Jersey and we are happy to meet with our local clients in person.

+ How will I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?

Email and Asana are the best ways for us to manage your business, we also provide our clients with other ways to stay connected with phone calls, text messages, Zoom and more can all be used.

+ How much is this going to cost me?
